a water stop at the bottom of Bear Mountain.

he
tank was placed here so crews could top off
the tenders with water, to make sure they could
get to the logging camp at Rattler Gap
I built Bear Flatt in April, of 1999. Adding 2
scratch built stub switches, track, a water tank,
a pile of new ties, some 55 gal. barrels that hold
grease & oil, and a bear.
Other detail will be added as I see fit

As of 12 March 2001, I have rebuilt the area
making the siding longer, and moving the water
tank and windmill to a better spot.
