Moveable Throttle Mount

Ever set up your modules and wish you had an extra throttle jack on one of your modules? Ever wish that you did not have a throttle jack mount where it is? Ever wish that the public side of your fascia was clean and neat? Here is a simple to build, clamp on, inexpensive, movable throttle mount.

I am considering not mounting any throttle jacks to my modules, just use these clamp on jacks. Place them where they are most needed according to the design of the setup.

Here is what the unit looks like mounted to a module.
This is a very simple design. It is made from 3/4 ply. The sides have a 1 1/2 inch deep and wide opening. This allows the unit to clamp to a board up to 1 1/2 inches thick.
The clamp is made from carriage bolts, Tee nuts and wing nuts. I screwed the wings nuts on and then soldered the nut to the bolt.
