No, I didn't take the above photo. A friend (Dewey Burnham) found it on the web. The photographer will be identified when I find his/ her name. By the way, this train platform no longer exists.
I found this map of Columbus, GA and the surrounding area on a travel site. It might might you to become oriented to the area as you look at these web pages. I don't think that this map shows the railroad lines. That map will come later.
