Front

I am concentrating on the front frame (one at a time). I am using 5/8 plate for the side frames although � would be scale. I am not sure of the alloy but for the price (2 pieces 12 foot by 8 inch $36.00 USD) I can�t complain.

This is the raw material.

I printed a scale outline and glued it to one half of one of the plates and cut as much as I could with a band saw.

This is what it looks like

Then I bolted the two halves together and placed them on the mill.

And after many hours (about 150) they get bolted together
