1995: I take over the back yard

Because of the excessive grades on 5 foot diameter curves the effective grade was very high and I wanted desperately to spread out my grades and build a larger yard.  So in 1995 I relocated the fence along the front of the house out towards the front more which gave me about 15 more feet of space and I also appropriated about 20 feet towards the rear of the yard up to my tool shed.  This allowed me to stretch out the grades white a bit and use some larger  eight foot diameter curves.  I also now had room for a nice sized town (Webster Springs), and I planned a coal mine and lumber mill.
