Metrolink Trip Photos

In lieu of a detailed trip report, these photos represent a trip I took on the Metrolink rail system on January 2, 1998. Along with me are three railfans who had just as much fun as I did! Shot with Fuji 200, Minolta Maxxum 3xi, Sigma AF 28-80mm f/4-5.6.

(50K) From left-to-right are co-railfans Ralph, Mike and Les admiring the beauty of brand new Genesis locomotives pulling the Coast Starlight.

(82K) San Diegan #580 approaches Fullerton. A green signal on the signal bridge indicates the arrival of westbound San Diegan #781.
