It's time for the southbound Guilford train that operates via trackage rights on the New England Central, so we head north and intercept Guilford GP40 334 passing the former station at Charlestown, New Hampshire.

TT2912

We get ahead of the Guilford train again, and set up for it at the south end of the Bellows Falls tunnel.

TT2913

Once Guilford is clear of town, the passenger excursion to Brattleboro is ready for boarding. The train backs out of the Green Mountain yard with GMRC GP40 302 leading, ready to head south on the interchange track to the New England Central.

TT2914

After boarding the passengers, the train departs south through the Bellows Falls tunnel with Delaware & Hudson GP38-2 7312 leading.

TT2915

On the return trip, D&H 7312 is trailing the train in this going-away scene at Westminster, Vermont. The passenger extra operated near track speed of 60 miles an hour, precluding chasing.
