We've always wanted to model the freestanding billboards we remember from our chikdhood, but we could never bring ourselves to spend the time cutting out all of those letters.  The recently offered laser cut signs from Bar Mills Model Works are an answer to a very tricky modelling project.  Some of our first attemps with our low end digital camera we bought mostly for modelling notes while out in the field.
