I put up the following pages because I got tired of looking up roster changes. Don Strack started doing annual books on the UP Roster several years ago. For 2000, there was no book but he had a PDF document on his site for a while. Due to all the changes being made after all the mergers, buying 1000 SD70M's and resulting renumberings, it got to be almost a full time job for him. Starting in 2001, he said the heck with it as he was working on UP History and the RR's of Utah.
There is now a monthly update of roster changes on the LocoNotes List at YahooGroups. These are put up thanks to Sean Graham-White with Scott Thomas, Bryan Jones and others helping at times. Even with all the proof reading, there may be errors. I do not put up the new page until a few days after it gets posted on LocoNotes. This gives everyone time to check it over and make corrections. If you find anything, drop me an e-mail.
I have also put up a page on the late breaking news from NLR Jenks on renumbers/repaints going on there.
