NEW
HOME NOT IN OHIO
An
error yesterday on the editors part, saw CPR RS18u 1850 going to Ohio...
The 1850 is actually going to the Cayuga Railway Co., Inc. located in Vestal,
New York. The 1850, is going to the Owego Harford Railway for
minor mechanical work and will subsequently be stored serviceable.
It may see operation from time to time on Owego-Harford Railway. My apologies
to the Cuyahoga Railroad in Ohio who probably wondered when they purchased
an RS18u! Coincidentally, both units destined for the Owego-Harford (1811
and 1850) interchange were shipped to Buffalo.-Kevin Burkholder
SOUTHERN RAILWAY OF NEW JERSEY
Southern Railway of New
Jersey's red and black painted F3A 727 will go to shop at Winslow Jct.
shortly for body work and a repaint. When it emerges from shop it
will be wearing New York Ontario and Western scheme matching #726.
