This picture is interesting because it shows a CONEX box on a flat car.  The world railroad "Experts" have determined that ISO Containers (Shipping Containers) cannot be hauled on the Eritrean Railway.  Routinely two CONEX boxes were hauled from Massawa to Kagnew Station on four wheel flat cars and three on the eight wheel.  The CONEX box was the basis for the ISO Container and has the exact height and width of an ISO Container.  They are only 8 feet long.  However, three are about half again as long as a forty foot ISO Container.   So much for their expertise.
