(Here is a copy of the letter that was sent out to many different NTrak members and other N Scale Enthusiasts.)
N-Scale enthusiast, My name is Dale Blust from the St. Louis Gateway N-TRAK club. I have been asked by Jim FitzGerald to be your contact person and the large Layout Coordinator of the upcoming 2001 N-TRAK portion of the National Train Show here in St. Louis next year. This letter is to notify as many N-Scale clubs, individuals, and N-TRAK members to start taking commitments from you to participate in the N-TRAK portion of the National Train Show. The N-TRAK portion of the show will be set up at the TWA Dome in St. Louis on July 12 through July 15, 2001, (Thursday through Sunday.) We have a limited space this year, 110' X 60', so it will have to be first come first serve to get your modules into the show. The sooner I hear from you the better the chances of getting in. This will also help myself and Gateway N-Trak utilize the space the best way we can. So email, write, or call me as soon as possible. I will follow up with future emails as more details become available. We are hoping to bring together as many N-TRAK clubs, groups, and individuals to make a truly 'GREAT' layout with our limited space, that all will enjoy. If you are interested in attending the show with module/modules, or if you would like to attend and help out, please email me back with information. This will assure you will be updated with every mailing and help us start the ever so important list of modules. I will need to know the number of modules you intend to bring, the length and depth of each module, and the type of module. We are especially looking for some T-modules and corner modules. If you have these modules in particular you can bring, please let me know as early as possible. I can be reached through email, daleblust@worldnet.att.net Dale Blust Gateway N-TRAK Thank you, and don't forget to spread the word on N-TRAK in St. Louis, 2001 Gateway NTrak Home |
