It's not clear whether the chart is supposed to only represent Santa
Fe's F3s or not (SF didn't have any F2s), but the numberboard entry isn't
accurate for all F3s (the larger boards became standard around 1950).
The "electrical" category probably needs some clarification, as my
understanding is that the F2 was a placeholder model: an F3 that used
the FT's D8 generator until the bugs were ironed out of the D12 in
late 1946.
