Speonk Yards
The May 2000 meeting of the Long Island
Garden Railway Society was held in the Speonk Rail yard of the
Long Island Railway. A tour was given around the yard, giving
everyone a rare glimpse into the "behind the scenes action"
that keeps the LIRR in operation...
