Saturday Market at Harborpark

As noon hour yielded to one o'clock, a fresh surge of curious visitors to Harborpark roamed through the Saturday Market, to the Kenosha Public Museum, and on three historic PCC streetcars operated by Kenosha Transit. KT later reported more than 1,500 streetcar riders for the centennial occasion of streetcars in this city, most of them also sampling other attractions along its 2-mile circuit past downtown, the Harborside restaurants and pubs and local transit connections.

	Amid strolling shoppers and playing kids, Kenosha Transit streetcars paused every few minutes at the Second Avenue stop, letting off new visitors to Saturday Market and the nearby Kenosha Public Museum, and collecting others fulfilled by their visit.
