At the east end of Darlington siding, #923 with the final five MLW's rolls toward the setting sun in more than one sense. This was pretty much it for mainline MLW's on CP.

Another day, another #923. This train is a favorite for me because it has provided some memorable lashup's. Most notable to me was the last daylight run of the last five operable CP MLW's (above). Today I'll have to be content with an SD40-2 - SW1200RSu - SD40-2 sandwitch at Darlington, Ontario. The signal in the distance marks the west end of Darlington siding.
