When in use this street would be filled with trucks backed up to shed doors.
The end is near and demolition is about to begin later in the month.

Wellington at John Street. Note overhead walkway connecting buildings.

Opposite view on John Street. Wellington to left (south). Note that most tracks are pulled up both sides of crossing.
Box car is spotted at shed which remained in use longer.
Crossing watchman shanty has been preserved.
