Bloor Street Viaduct
(Prince Edward Viaduct)


Bloor Street Viaduct connecting Bloor Street East and Danforth Avenue.
It was 86 feet wide and 5267 feet long. Cost $2.5 Million ($34.2 M in 2014)

Construction was started January 7, 1915 and completed in October 1918.
Officially opened October 18, 1918 by Prince of Wales, (King Edward VIII).
The following year it was renamed by the City of Toronto as the Prince Edward Viaduct.
