Subsidiary of Quebec and Ontario Transportation Co.
Wholly owned subsidiary of the Chicago Tribune newspaper.

Built in 1913 it was the first paper mill in the Thorold area.

Note: Quebec North Shore Paper in Baie-Comeau, Quebec is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ontario Paper.
