GO Transit
The GO Transit site can give you information on schedules and fares for their service in the Greater Toronto Area. I have to use the system everyday to get to work and school, so I found it appropriate to include it.

Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)
Lots of information about buses, streetcars and subways which serve metropolitan Toronto. Check out the section on the construction of the new Sheppard line. (If you have a slow connection, please be warned. Even if the site is full of information, the design of the web page is awful.)
